We took a train day trip to Toledo, a beautiful medieval city with a rich history and stunning architecture. The cathedral was breathtaking and the narrow streets were charming. Lunch at Sanchez Beato was a highlight, he runs a small restaurant and cooks right in front of a small number of guests all sitting at the bar around the kitchen.
