First day in Tasmania - started our day with a visit to MONA, including lunch at one of their restaurants (food was really lovely there), followed by a historical tour of the Cascade brewery and a trip to Mt Wellington.

Cascade Brewery Pub

Hobart

The Cascade Brewery is the oldest brewery in Australia, and the second-oldest brewery in the world. The pub is where the workesr used to get their share of beer every day. Now they only have "Friday Knock Off". The brewery is still in operation, and you can take a tour of the brewery and learn about the history of beer in Tasmania.
