Day 14 of Tasmanian trip - Bruny Island to Hobart. The weather conditions at sea were only marginally better this morning and were forecasted to get even worse. So we have decided not to take a 3 hr boat cruise and get on a tiny plane for a scenic flight around the island instead - so much fun, absolutely loved it! Had to have some oysters (simply the best!) before we took a ferry back to Hobart and drove straight to the Salamanca market 😀 Our accommodation for the last night in Tassie is an apartment in one of the historical buildings in Battery Point. Love the whole area around there, so nice to go for a walk in the evening! Our last dinner was at Blue Eye seafood restaurant. It was as good as we have remembered it from almost 15 years ago - perfect ending to the Tassie's culinary experience.
